Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Nediva. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns in the form of store credit under the conditions outlined below. This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items in exchange for store credit only. To qualify for a return:

- Your item must be returned within 30 days from the dispatch date.

- The item must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any marks, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or pet hair.

- All original tags must be attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip) must be included.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and may be sent back at the customer's expense.
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

- Sale items marked as final sale

- Earrings or jewellery worn in piercings

- Swimwear and lingerie (including bodysuits)

- Beauty products and cosmetics

- Gift cards

Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.
 
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returns must be submitted through our official Returns Portal. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the shipping address.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

- We recommend using a tracked service, as Nediva is not liable for lost or unreceived parcels.

 
4. What You’ll Receive
All approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit, valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

- Store credits are delivered via email and can be used sitewide, including during promotional sales.

- Store credit is non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please return the item for store credit and place a new order using that credit.
 
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item was sent:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nediva.com.au

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault

If the item is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We will cover all shipping costs related to approved faulty or incorrect item returns.
 
6. Processing Times
Please allow up to 5–10 business days from the time your return is received for it to be assessed and processed. Once approved, your store credit or refund (where applicable) will be issued and sent via email.
During sale periods or holidays, returns may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience.
 
7. Consumer Guarantees
This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major failures, and to have items repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality and performance standards.
