Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that during peak periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
- Order Dispatch: Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days for metropolitan areas; up to 4 business days for regional or remote areas.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, weather conditions, and courier availability.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $8.95 AUD for orders under $79.99 AUD.
- Express Shipping: A flat rate of $14.95 AUD for all orders.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on Australian orders over $79.99AUD.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Delivery Issues
- Authority to Leave (ATL): By default, our delivery partners may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please indicate this preference at checkout. Nediva is not liable for lost parcels where ATL is granted.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather events, courier delays, or customs processing may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
International Shipping
At this time, Nediva only ships within Australia. We do not offer international shipping. We recommend checking back in the future for updates regarding international shipping availability.
